#1 Hatfield McCoy Cabins

These houses are in a very private location 1/2 Mile from the Hatfield McCoy Pocahontas system Trail 13. They are gated (very private and secure). They are fully furnished including towels, linens, and full kitchens. One has a garage to keep ATVs in. They are secluded but only 10 minutes from the town. Most people that come and stay with us return every year. That’s the best testimonial we can get! These cabins are family owned and maintained, so you will get the personalized stay you deserve.

For directions to the cabin, please call me. The first time you come I will meet you at the Montcalm post office (less than 5 mins away from the cabins). This is to avoid the GPS taking you down the wrong road. 

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel one month or less you will be charged half the original price if you cancel 2 weeks or less you will be charged the full price of your scheduled visit. If you have any questions about this please give me a call. The main reason this policy exists is because most people book a long time before their trip.

Both houses have a maximum occupancy of 6 people. We charge a flat rate for a party under 6 people, but if your party exceeds 6 we will have to charge $20 extra per person. Call for details or fill out our contact form below.
